Returns
You may return any purchased item, excluding all sale items, lingerie and swimwear, within 15 working days of dispatch and receive a refund, excluding the original postage costs, for issues such as: incorrect size or if the item is deemed unsatisfactory.
Your satisfaction is our focus, so please take the time to familiarise yourself with the following return and refund conditions:
Condition 1: All items must be in new and unused condition, with all tags attached. This doesn't mean that you can't try the item on, rather that it cannot be 'worn'.
If, however, the stock is returned and it is damaged or dirty and in any way deemed unreasonable, the refund will not be available. This will be up to the discretion of the Cedar Leaf Customer Support representative.
Condition 2: You must indicate your intention to return the item within 5 working days from the date of dispatch via e-mail to info@cedarleaf.com.au
If you would like to return an item simply info@cedarleaf.com.au to notify us of your intention to excange, (if product is available), or request a refund. Your refund will be processed on receipt of your return and after product inspection.
If an exchange is available, Cedar Leaf will cover the postage costs of the exchange item/s being sent back you.
Cedar Leaf trusts that you are happy with your purchase but in such a case where you wish to return an item, please return the item with a completed Returns Form which you will receive with the Express Post satchel in the post. Please ensure this form is completed fully so that we can process your return quickly and efficiently.
Please note: Cedar Leaf does not accept returns on any sale items, underwear or swimwear.
Refunds
The cost of the item will be refunded to you, directly back to the account which you used for your inital purchase and only once Cedar Leaf has taken receipt of the retruned item. Your refund will be completed within 7 working days from the date of Cedar Leaf taking receipt of the rerurned item.
Exchanges
Cedar Leaf strives to offer you leading designer merchandise at the best possible value. In order to do so, we may not always carry large quantities or every size. Therefore, we unfortunately cannot process exchanges in some cases. If you would like a different item or size, please return your original merchandise via the 'Returns' process and place a new order.
Cancellations
Cancellations are not possible, however items may be returned in accordance with the Returns Policy.

It is vital that you feel secure whilst on shopping at www.cedarleaf.com.au . If you have any questions not covered here, please contact us. We do not keep details of your credit card number and all electronic commerce is done using industry standard 128 bit SSL encryption.
Payment Options
You may elect to submit your Master Card or Visa Card details via our secure form on-line payment system. If you do not have a credit card and wish to make a purchase, please contact Cedar Leaf Customer Support at info@cedarleaf.com.au and advise your wishes. You will be contacted within 24 hours to arrange payment via direct depost.
Sizing Information
You will find the sizing information link via ever product page for your shopping convenience. Simply click on the words which display as 'sizing information' and a pop up box will appear.
Delivery Information
Australia
Postage to all locations within Australia is via Australia Post, specifically Express Post: 1- 3 standard business days for delivery (with an exception to purchased bags which will be sent via regular post):
• Australia = $15.00 for postage and handling
International
Postage to all international destinations is via Australia Post, Specifically Express Courier International: 3 -7 standard business days for delivery:
• New Zealand = $45.00
• Asia Pacific = $50.00
• USA / Canada / Middle East = $60.00
• Rest of the World = $65.00
Please note: All packages will be distributed within five (5) working days after payment confirmation and the price of postage is for unlimited purchased items.
