How easy is it to return an item?
Very easy! You simply contact info@cedarleaf.com.au and explain your reason for wanting to return your item. Once we have taken receipt of the returned item and inspected it to ensure quality control, assuming that the item is in new condition with the tags attached, your refund will be processed within 7 working days. Please refer to the Refunds policy on the About Buying Online page for a full outline of the process and conditions of returning an item.
Can you please explain the Sizing and where I can find this information?
You can find the sizing charts for clothing, shoes and lingerie as a link on every product page. Look for the "+ sizing information" link in a teal colour underneath the price of the item, press on this link and it will open a popup box. This will include size comparisons between Australia and other international countries and a specific French Sole shoe sizing chart. All sizes are based on standard Australian and international sizing.
Are all items sold on this site genuine items and labels?
Of course. We source all of our labels either directly from the designers or via highly reputable suppliers who will guarantee that all items are genuine and to the highest possible quality.
Is Cedar leaf environmentally conscious?
Yes. All of our business is done online, including 90% of our marketing and advertising. The boxes we use for our packaging are make from 100% recycled materials and the ribbon may be used again by you. We love our environment and strive to keep our carbon emissions extremely low to ensure a green and beautiful environment for our children and the following generations.
Do you post to international destinations?
Yes we do. You can find our postage information on the About Buying Online page.
Can Cedar Leaf source other labels or item types by request from customers?
We sure can. In fact we invite you to let us know if you would like Cedar Leaf to stock a particular label or more of a type of item like; more workout wear, beach wear or nursing tops etc. You can contact us via e-mail on info@cedarleaf.com.au and let us know what you are after and we will endeavour to fulfil that suggestion.
